Fire Extinguisher maintenance is the key to ensuring fire extinguishers are available and effective in the event of a fire, but this maintenance is often overlooked. To ensure your fire extinguisher is ready in the event of an emergency, please ensure these maintenance procedures are followed:

Inspect each fire extinguisher on a monthly basis to ensure they are available and will function as intended. You are able to perform this inspection yourself. Let Dreyco show you how.

Maintain annually for maximum assurance that each extinguisher will function as intended when needed to protect your family, home, & business.

Service of fire extinguishers should only be performed by qualified personnel in certified shops where you will get service you can trust.

About
My name is Dreytan Pierce. Here is a little about me.
I started my career working construction right out of high school, as I didn’t know what I wanted to do. I worked different construction jobs ranging from concrete, heavy equipment operation, surveying, and utility installation. During my construction period I also spent one year at GPRC to obtain my Fourth Class power engineering certificate.

In 2013, I started working at a high pressure gas plant as an operator, which gave me a completely different view on the workplace safety. After almost 8 years at the plant, and nearing the top position, I decided that it might be time for a change. I set about searching for something that would help a variety of people.

With advice from my best friend, and the help of my loving wife, I started Dreyco in early January 2021.
My wife Joanna started her career in the construction industry as well, it is where we meet each other. After realizing that being out of town all the time was not for her she took Medical Laboratory Assisting through NAIT.
​
In late 2022 my company had continued to grow and I was in need of help. My wonderful wife started to learn how to recharge and service the equipment in her spare time. In early 2023 she left her position to help with the company full time. In December 2023 she went to Lakeland college and took the Fire Extinguisher Inspection and Maintenance Technician course.
​
We are now a true "Mom and Pop shop" and hope to continue to grow with the help of our amazing client base.
